Other variations. (a) If, during the term of this Agreement, CBH is of the opinion that this Agreement is no longer consistent with the Code, the CCA or any other applicable legislation, CBH may seek to vary or terminate this Agreement by notice to the Customer effective upon the expiration of a reasonable period of time from the issuance of the notice.
(b) Prior to issuing a notice to the Customer, CBH will consult with the Customer regarding the proposed variation or termination.
(c) In the event that CBH and the Customer are unable to agree to a variation of this Agreement, CBH may terminate this Agreement under clause 1.5(a). CBH may then require that all the Customer's Grain be Outturned as soon as practicable following termination, and the Customer's obligations under this Agreement will continue until all Grain has been Outturned.
Other variations. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all variations to this Agreement are to be agreed in writing and signed by the Parties.
Other variations. 14.1 We may vary this loan contract:
(a) when the Schedule does not state a Default Rate of Interest - to add a Default Rate of Interest to calculate Default Interest Charges under clause 7; or
(b) to increase or decrease the Default Rate of Interest specified in the Schedule.
14.2 If any of these variations increases your obligations, we must give you written notice at least 20 days before the increase takes effect.
14.3 If the variation does not increase your obligations, we will send you notification in your next statement of account.
Other variations. In any other case:
(a) We will give you notice of the variation.
(b) We will also offer you the right to terminate your Agreement within 14 days of the date of the notice without incurring charges other than:
(i) usage or network access charges to the date your Agreement ends; and
(ii) outstanding amounts for installation of Equipment; and
(iii) outstanding amounts for Equipment that is compatible with other suppliers’ services; and
Other variations. In the event that a Party violated Anti-Corruption Laws prior to the Effective Date of the Joinder and Amendment No. 3 to the PDA, dated April 17, 2020, or violates Anti-Corruption Laws and such violation is not in connection with this Agreement, then the non-violating Party shall have the remedies set forth in Section 15(d)(iv).
Other variations. (a) VitalCall may amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement by giving the Customer at least 30 days’ prior notice in writing, setting out the changes to this Agreement. Subject to clause 7.2(b) below, the new terms and conditions will become effective and binding as between the Customer and VitalCall upon expiry of the 30-day notice period.
(b) If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer (or the Customer’s Nominee) may terminate this Agreement in accordance with clause 13.3(b).
Other variations. Except as set out in this clause, this Contract may only be varied by a legally binding agreement signed by or on behalf of each party.

Other variations. 4.1 Batelco may at any time during the term of this Agreement make modifications to the Program and/or the Service and shall where practicable give the Merchant prior notice.
4.2 If a modification made pursuant to sub-clause 4.1 requires a material amendment to be made to the Agreement, Batelco will notify the Merchant of that amendment and either the Merchant may terminate this Agreement within 60 days of notification by Batelco by giving at least thirty (30) days notice in writing to Batelco or if the Merchant continues to make use of the Service after the date of such notice without the Merchant giving notice of termination, the Merchant will be deemed to have accepted such amendments with effect from such date.
Other variations. The construction of a temporary Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal shall be undertaken by Suria Capital at its own cost and is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2020. Upon the erection of the temporary Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal, the vacant site of Jesselton Point operating land will be delivered to GBGAQRS for One Jesselton Waterfront development.
