Any Unauthorized Bank Calls, Probes or Communications, or An Improper Solicitation or Disclosure Involving Any of The Banks Concerned in This Transaction Will Result Immediate Cancellation of This Transaction and Subject the Violating Party to Damages.
Each such Violating Party shall pay to the other Party on demand sums equal to all costs incurred by each such Party as a result of the failure by such Violating Party to cure its Violations, including all fines, penalties and expenses and reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements.
