Our Customers Clause Samples

The "Our Customers" clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the customers of a business, particularly in the context of a contractual relationship. This clause typically clarifies whether the customers served under the agreement are considered the clients of the service provider or the contracting party, and may outline restrictions on soliciting or interacting with those customers. Its core function is to prevent disputes over customer ownership and to protect the business interests of the parties by clearly delineating who has the right to engage with or benefit from the customer base.
Our Customers a. All individuals that buy products or services from us are our customers. Your participation in the Program does not mean that any of our customers are your customers. b. We may change any of our pricing, shipping, marketing, procedures, or other arrangements related to our customers at any time, and you have no right to object to any such changes or to be consulted before such changes are made or become permanent. You agree that, even if the changes we make to pricing, shipping, marketing, procedures, or other arrangements related to our customers cause you actual or potential economic harm, you will hold us harmless from any such harm.
Our Customers. 1.1 Defining our Customer Relationships Downer RML has a diverse range of external customers and internal customers. We agree that there is a need for clearer, more consistent understanding of our relationships with our various customers. Within the term of this Agreement, we will develop a consistent approach to defining who our customers are, our relationship with them and obligations to them. 1.2 Understanding our Customers’ Needs During the term of this Agreement we will develop and implement strategies to ensure that we become an informed organisation in which all staff are aware of the perceptions, composition and varying needs of our customers. We will identify and use the best methods available for: exploring our customer base; establishing ourselves in the market place; and identifying new customers. We will actively seek customers’ opinions, communicate them internally, incorporate them into internal decisions and use them to continually refine our processes.
