Request to Opt Out means a consumer request that a business not sell the consumer’s personal information to third parties, pursuant to Civil Code section 1798.120, subdivision (a).

More Definitions of Request to Opt Out

Request to Opt Out means the request to opt out of this Settlement that may be sent by any Settlement Class Member who does not wish to remain in the Settlement Class, in accordance with Section 9 of this Agreement.
