Out of Class Differential. Per Education Code, classified employees may be required to perform duties inconsistent with those assigned to their position. Employees who work temporarily outside of their normal duties, as determined by the Governing Board, shall be provided additional compensation at the rate of $10 per hour above their hourly rate during such temporary assignments.
