Out of Domicile. A Flight Attendant may be reassigned to alternate flights while out of domicile provided the Flight Attendant shall be scheduled to return to the domicile on the same calendar day as originally scheduled, unless the additional days were designated Standby day(s) and/or O day(s), in which case the Flight Attendant shall be obligated to fly the trip. Nothing herein precludes a Flight Attendant from accepting a trip with a longer duration.

  • ELECTION OF DOMICILE For the execution of this agreement, and especially to exercise the rights that are derived from it, the Lender elects domicile at his address indicated above, and the Borrower at the office of the Superior court in the district of SAISIE, in accordance with section 83 of the Civil Code of Québec.

  • Service of Documents We may serve you with a writ of summons, statement of claim or any other legal process or document requiring personal service by delivering it personally, sending it by ordinary post or by leaving it at your last known address (whether a post office address or private residence or business residence or otherwise). You will be considered to have been properly served on the date of delivery if we deliver process personally to you, or served on the next date after the date of posting if process is posted to you. In addition to these two (2) methods of service, we may serve you in any other method permitted by law.

  • Incorporation of Documents The documents listed below in this Section IID are hereby incorporated by reference and fully made a part of the Contract. This Contract and the incorporated documents describe the subject of the Procurement, the particulars of its performance, the process and time for payment, and the rights and remedies of the parties (collectively, “the terms”). In case of any conflict between those documents’ terms, the documents shall be given precedence in the following order, from highest to lowest:

  • Domicile Subscriber maintains Subscriber’s domicile (and is not a transient or temporary resident) at the address shown on the signature page.

  • COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS 14.1 Sending communication to you We may send all communication to you by leaving it at, or by sending it by ordinary post to, your last known address (whether within or outside Singapore and whether such address is a Post Office Box or is a place of residence or business) or by facsimile transmission to your facsimile number as may be provided to us or to our solicitors. Notwithstanding the above, we may also contact you via telephone, electronic mail, short message service provided by telecommunications providers, or such other means, to provide you with account related information (including informing your account payment status.) You shall inform us upon receipt of communication that is garbled, incomplete or inaccurate or which is not intended for you and you agree to delete all such information from your equipment immediately

  • Execution of Documents Unless otherwise specified, all Credit Documents and all other certificates executed in connection therewith must be signed by a Responsible Officer.

  • Limitation on Out-of-State Litigation - Texas Business and Commerce Code § 272 This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. Texas Business and Commerce Code § 272 prohibits a construction contract, or an agreement collateral to or affecting the construction contract, from containing a provision making the contract or agreement, or any conflict arising under the contract or agreement, subject to another state’s law, litigation in the courts of another state, or arbitration in another state. If included in Texas construction contracts, such provisions are voidable by a party obligated by the contract or agreement to perform the work. By submission of this proposal, Vendor acknowledges this law and if Vendor enters into a construction contract with a Texas TIPS Member under this procurement, Vendor certifies compliance.

  • Submittal of Documents The Consultant shall not commence the Services under this Agreement until the Consultant has submitted and the District has approved the certificate(s) and affidavit(s), and the endorsement(s) of insurance required as indicated below: X Signed Agreement X Workers' Compensation Certification X Insurance Certificates and Endorsements X W-9 Form Other:
