The Contractor shall not be responsible for; Carrying out any services and/or obligations contained in the Work Package or Work Request Form set out at section 2.0 of this FSC; Management and/or direction of the Sub-Contractor; Assurance of Sub-Contractor Work Package deliverables, milestones and performance metrics; or Delivery, commercial or financial liabilities arising from the performance of the Sub-Contractor under this FSC.
