Out of Scope. In the event that PPD is requested or required to perform services for a Project that are not specifically provided for in the applicable Project Addendum (the “Out of Scope Services”), such Out of Scope Services and a compensation schedule therefor (the “Out of Scope Agreement”) must be mutually agreed upon by the parties in writing prior to the provision of said Services. The Out of Scope Agreement shall constitute an amendment to the applicable Project Addendum and the Out of Scope Services set forth therein shall be deemed to be Services as that term is used in this Agreement and said Project Addendum.
