Outcollects. SBC-AMERITECH will provide to CLEC the unrated message detail that originates from an CLEC subscriber line but which is billed to a telephone number other than the originating number (e.g., calling card, xxxx-to-third number, etc.). SBC-AMERITECH has agreed to transmit such data on a daily basis. CLEC as the Local Service Provider (“LSP” ) will be deemed the earning company and will be responsible for rating the message at CLEC tariffed rates and CLEC will be responsible for providing the billing message detail to the billing company for end user billing. CLEC will be compensated by the billing company for the revenue it is due. A per-message charge for SBC- AMERITECH's transmission of Outcollect messages to CLEC is applicable, and SBC- AMERITECH will xxxx XXXX for the transmission charge set forth in the Pricing Schedule. In addition, for Resale services, CLEC will compensate SBC-AMERITECH for the receipt of the IntraLATA toll message.

Outcollects. Outcollects are calls that are placed using a SPRINT UNE port and billed to a VERIZON line or the line of another LEC or local service provider. Examples of an outcollect are collect and credit card calls. When the VERIZON Central Office Switch from which the UNE port is served utilizes a VERIZON operator services platform, VERIZON will provide to SPRINT the unrated message detail that originates from a SPRINT resale service line or UNE port, but which is billed to a telephone number other than the originating number (e.g., calling card, xxxx-to-third number, etc.). As the local service provider, SPRINT will be deemed the earning company and will be responsible for rating the message at SPRINT’s rates and for providing the billing message detail to the billing company for Customer billing. SPRINT will pay to VERIZON charges as agreed to for services purchased, and SPRINT will be compensated by the billing company for the revenue due to SPRINT. When a non-VERIZON entity provides operator services to the VERIZON Central Office Switch from which the resale line or UNE port is provisioned, SPRINT must contract with the operator services provider to obtain any EMI records required by SPRINT.

NEN will pay to GTE charges as agreed to for services purchased, and NEN will be compensated by the billing company for the revenue which NEN is due. US Dial Tone will pay to GTE charges as agreed to for services purchased, and US Dial Tone will be compensated by the billing company for the revenue due to US Dial Tone. When a non-GTE entity provides operator services to the GTE end office from which the resale line or UNE port is provisioned, US Dial Tone must contract with the operator services provider to obtain any EMR records required by US Dial Tone.

MEBTEL will pay to GTE charges as agreed to for services purchased, and MEBTEL will be compensated by the billing company for the revenue which MEBTEL is due. When a non-GTE entity provides operator service to the GTE end office where the resale line or UNE port is provisioned from, MEBTEL must contract with the operator services provider to get any EMIR records which MEBTEL requires.
