Outdoor Concerts. A canopy will be provided for all outdoor services. In no circumstances will a musician be required to play if his instrument is in direct sunlight or if the musician or his instrument is in danger of getting wet. Removal of jackets and/or ties, or other alteration of dress for outdoor concerts, will be at the discretion of the Personnel Manager; however, under no circumstances will musicians be required to wear jackets if the onstage temperature twenty (20) minutes prior to the performance is thirty (30) degrees Celsius or higher. The Orchestra shall not be required to perform if the temperature on stage is less than seventeen (17) degrees Celsius. The TSO will ensure that toilet facilities are available for all outdoor services. It shall be the responsibility of the Personnel Manager to enforce the conditions of this paragraph and to ensure the safety of the musicians and their instruments at all times.

Outdoor Concerts. (a) The TSO will endeavour to schedule outdoor concerts to have a duration of not more than one and one-half (1½) hours. Any delay in starting, or interruption of, any outdoor service up to a period of 30 minutes which is caused by inclement weather will not be included in the service durations set out in this Article for the purpose of calculating overtime payments. Musicians will be required to stay at the service venue for any such period up to 30 minutes. In a case where the concert is 2½ hours long, the 30-minute delay due to inclement weather will be included in the service durations set out in this Article for the purpose of calculating overtime payments.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • Outdoor Lighting 3.8.1 Lighting shall be directed to driveways, parking areas, loading area, building entrances and walkways and shall be arranged so as to divert the light away from streets, adjacent lots and buildings.

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • Watering C.10.1. The Contractor shall water lawns, flowers, shrubs, and trees to provide for moisture penetration to a depth of 7 centimeters. If natural precipitation is sufficient to fulfill this requirement, the Contractor may request the COR's permission to suspend watering to avoid too much water in the soil.

  • Moonlighting 24.01 The Company and the Union agree in principle to eliminate the practice commonly referred to as moonlighting.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

In addition to any other rights the Department may have under the terms of this Agreement, in the event that the Company discontinues of operations at the Project, such discontinuation may subject the Company to certain statutory provisions, including:
