Outreach Consultation Plan and Detailed Report Outline Sample Clauses

Outreach Consultation Plan and Detailed Report Outline. During this initial phase, we will meet with Xxxxxx Paipoonge’s project team (Economic Development Officer, other municipal staff, and/or Economic Development Committee) to confirm project scope, reporting schedules, project milestones, contact points, and staff and consultant responsibilities. We will follow-up the project initiation meeting with a brief written report which will cover the following aspects. A Consultation Plan will outline the target groups and ways to involve them (e.g. focus groups/workshop, surveys, and one-on- one interviews). We plan to engage the Economic Development Committee in a discovery session that will pinpoint opportunities and challenges to economic growth. With that feedback in hand, we will work with Xxxxxx Paipoonge to reach out to the community to gain perspectives of business leaders from important economic sectors such as agriculture, mining and exploration, forestry, biomass/solar and other renewable energy, warehousing and distribution, construction, manufacturing, retail, tourism, and agri-food. The Consultation Plan will also identify organizations whose leaders will be able to provide a broader perspective on opportunities and challenges (e.g. Confederation College, Northwest Training and Adjustment Board, Soil and Crop Improvement Association, Thunder Bay Ventures, Tourism Northern Ontario, Northwestern Ontario Innovation Centre, Province of Ontario). The Project Team will coordinate with Xxxxxx Paipoonge’s team to ensure that those pertinent stakeholders are central to the consultation process. A Detailed Report Outline of the final report will be provided which shows, section by section, its contents. Having this completed early will give the Economic Development Committee confidence that relevant information/data will be included in the resulting work. It also guides the consultation by determining the required information. It is important to note that this outline can still be modified (and almost certainly will be) as the project moves on and new information is collected and/or priorities of content change. The Plan and Outline are working documents that will be referred to throughout the monthly progress emails and monthly meetings with the Economic Development Officer. Such guidance will ensure that all steps are taken to ensure maximum participation.
