Common use of Outside Unit Only Clause in Contracts

Outside Unit Only. (a) The normal hours of work, except as noted in Part (b), exclusive of established shift schedules designated hereafter, shall be forty (40) hours per week consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour days between 08:00 hours and 16:30 hours from Monday to Friday inclusive. Such hours do not include a daily lunch period of one-half hour taken between 12:00 and 12:30 hours.
