Overhead Fee. Due to the uniqueness of AcelRx’s process and package, significant dedicated space is necessary at the Facility and a minimum return on this space is required. For example, if the Patheon Revenues recorded are greater than $[*] in 2012, no Overhead Fee will be due for the Year 2013. Overhead Fee.
