Overliftings. The Shippers Group shall ensure that they do not have an outstanding overlift of Forties Blend at the cessation of production from the Shippers Field. If at the cessation of production from the Shippers Field, the Shippers Group or any member thereof has lifted more than its entitlement of Forties Blend, Raw Gas or Gas Products then, at INEOS’s sole option and discretion:
