Common use of Overnight Travel Clause in Contracts

Overnight Travel. ‌ Unless chosen by the Artist, no overnight travel may be scheduled under this Article, except where first-class sleeping accommodations are available. If the Artist has travelled overnight, there must be at least four (4) hours between the time of arrival at the Point of Origin and the start of the first rehearsal.
