Overnight Travel. Employees in travel status who incur expenses for lodging shall be allowed actual reasonable costs of lodging, in addition to the actual costs of meals while away from their home station, up to the maximums stated in subsection B of this Section 4. Employees in travel status in excess of one (1) week without returning home shall be allowed actual cost not to exceed sixteen dollars ($16.00) per week for laundry. Employees in travel status in the metropolitan areas listed in Section 4B shall be allowed actual cost not to exceed twenty dollars ($20.00) per week for laundry. A.
