Overpayment of Wages. (DHSV) 33.1 In the event of overpayment of wages, the Employer may recover by instalments up to 10% of gross salary until the overpayment has been recovered. 33.2 Prior to recovery of an overpayment of wages, the Employer will discuss the time period for recovery with the Employee.
