OVERTIME AND CALL BACK. 1. Overtime shall be compensated at time and one-half the employee’s hourly rate of pay and will be paid for all work time scheduled by the District in excess of eight (8) hours in one day or forty (40) hours in one week. The overtime rate shall also apply to work performed on Saturdays and Sundays unless such days fall within an employee’s regular workweek assignment. 2. An employee scheduled to work on his/her regular day off shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours of work or actual time worked should the employee choose to leave sooner than four (4) hours.
