Overtime and Extra Days. a) Overtime are the hours worked in excess of the amount of weekly hours according to article 3.1 of this Annex. The overtime rate is USD 9.45 per hour. Any additional hours worked during an emergency directly affecting the immediate safety of the site, its personnel, or for safety drills, or work required to give assistance to other sites or persons in immediate peril shall not count for overtime payment. b) The days worked in excess of the Work/Leave Rotation Cycle as per article 3.2 of this Annex are paid at a rate of 1/30 of the Consolidated Monthly Salary defined in article 4.1 (“Daily Remuneration Rate”). c) Other days in excess of the Work/Leave Rotation Cycle as per article 3.2 that have to be compensated shall be paid at a rate of 1/30 of the Consolidated Monthly Salary defined in article 4.1 (“Daily Remuneration Rate”).
