Overtime and Recording of Time Worked. 13.2.1 Overtime pay will be paid at the rate of one and one-half times an employee's regular rate of pay for all actual hours worked beyond 40 hours in any workweek period in accordance with applicable federal and state law. Holidays, vacations and other time not actually worked, even if paid, are not counted as overtime hours nor included in the calculation of overtime pay. Employees shall not work overtime without advance authorization from their supervisor.
