Time Worked. For purposes of computing the eight (8) hour day or the forty (40) hour week to determine entitlement to overtime pay, all sick leave, vacation leave, and holidays shall count as time worked to be added to other hours worked.
Time Worked. All time for which an employee is compensated at the regular, straight-time rate of pay except standby time and premium pay. Time worked for the calculation of overtime will include items identified in Article 6.2.B.1.
Time Worked. Any classified employee who agrees to act as a committee member or perform work defined as “time worked” under the provisions of this Agreement shall have such time considered as compensable. The employee’s supervisor may schedule a shift adjustment, arrange for equivalent time off during the same work week, or pay for such time.

Time Worked. The maximum number of hours worked per each twenty eight (28) day work period paid at the regular rate of pay shall be one hundred seventy one (171) hours, inclusive of breaks.
Time Worked. Defined: The following provision constitutes the understanding of the parties with respect to defining "time worked" for the purpose of determining the number of hours required for overtime compensation eligibility. "Hours worked" shall include all hours actually worked and all hours on approved leave status including bona fide meal periods, bona fide rest periods and absences due to a compensable worker's compensation injury except any time worked for which specific compensation provisions have been established elsewhere in the Agreement.
Time Worked. Total time worked in any workday, including the employee's regular work shift, shall not exceed twelve (12) hours, except during an emergency.
Time Worked. Court time situations amounting to less than two (2) hours in duration shall be considered “time worked” for overtime compensation purposes.
Time Worked. For the purpose of computing the number of hours worked, time during which a unit member is excused from work because of holidays, sick leave or other paid leaves of absence shall be considered as time worked by the unit member.
Time Worked. Vacations, sick leave, holidays, jury duty, military leave, emergency leave, medical leave, maternity leave and/or other leaves of absence shall not constitute time worked for the purpose of calculating overtime.
