Personal Time Off. Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to executives.
Personal Time Off. Executive shall be entitled to four weeks (20 business days) of paid time off (“PTO”) each year (or such greater annual number of days allowed under Employer’s PTO policy) which shall be taken in accordance with Employer’s PTO Policy.
Personal Time Off. Executive shall earn personal time off during the term of his employment in accordance with the Company’s policies regarding paid time off that are applicable to the Company’s executive officers.
Personal Time Off. Early and Family Education teachers who are scheduled for 14 hours or more per week shall earn personal time off (PTO) on a pro-rata basis equivalent to that time accrued by K-12 teachers.
Personal Time Off. The Executive shall be entitled each calendar year during the term of this Agreement to such number of personal time-off days for such purposes, including vacations and time for personal affairs ("Personal Time-Off") as are approved by the Board, but not less than the greater of (i) fifteen (15) business days, or (ii) the number of personal time-off days (including vacation and personal days) generally given by the Company to its employees. Personal Time-Off shall be in addition to regular paid legal holidays provided to all employees of the Company. The Executive's compensation shall be paid in full with respect to approved Personal Time-Off days. Should the Executive fail to use all Personal Time-Off days in any calendar year, the Executive shall have the option of (i) receiving payment for such days on a pro rata basis, or (ii) "carrying-over" unused Personal Time-Off days to succeeding years. Personal time-off shall be taken during a period or periods mutually satisfactory to both the Company and the Executive.
Personal Time Off. The Executive shall be entitled to personal time off and sick leave according to the Company's benefits package.
Personal Time Off. Xxxxxxx shall be entitled to a number of days of personal time off work during each calendar year which shall be no less than the amount set forth in RAI’s company policies. This includes days used for vacation, illness or other personal matters but is exclusive of such office holidays as may be designated by RAI.
Personal Time Off. “PTO”). Executive will be eligible to receive 20 PTO days per year. PTO is an accrued benefit and will be paid out at termination in accordance with the Company’s standard PTO policies.
Personal Time Off. Should the Store Manager or Assistant Manager offer a full-time employee the opportunity to leave early, this Personal Time Off (PTO) shall be unpaid but the hours of PTO shall count for the purposes of accumulating Sick Leave, A.T.O., Vacations and Statutory Holidays.
Personal Time Off. Executive shall receive a combined total of thirty (30) days’ paid vacation and holidays each year during the Term, to be taken in increments of two weeks or less. Up to ten (10) days of vacation or holiday time not used during any calendar year of the Term will be carried forward to the next calendar year only, and any unused balance remaining after the carryover year will be forfeited. In no event will the Company or any Affiliate have any obligation to pay Executive for any unused vacation or holiday time not used.
