Overtime, Compensatory Time and Credit Hours. If credit hours are approved and overtime is subsequently made available prior to the working of the credit hours, the employee will be afforded the opportunity to elect to work the overtime. Supervisory approval to earn credit hours does not alter an employee’s eligibility to earn overtime pay or compensatory time off.
