Overtime Eligibility Computation. An employee must work at least fifteen (15) minutes beyond her normal shift before being eligible for overtime compensation. In computing overtime, a period of more than fifteen (15) minutes but less than or equal to thirty (30) minutes shall be counted as one-half (1/2) hour and a period of more than thirty (30) minutes but less than or equal to sixty (60) minutes shall be counted as one (1) hour. Overtime in excess of one (1) hour shall be rounded to the nearest fifteen
