Return to Regular Times of Work. In the event that a modified work week or flexible working hours system: (a) does not result in the provision of a satisfactory service to the public; (b) incurs an increase in cost to the employing department; or (c) is operationally impractical for other reasons; the Employer may require a return to regular times of work, in which case the Employees shall be provided with sixty (60) calendar daysadvance notice of such requirement.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.
