Overtime, holidays, shift, Saturday, Sunday Duty. An employee employed under this clause is entitled to the same conditions as permanent part-time employees in respect of: (a) Holidays and holiday duty; (b) Shift duty; (c) Saturday duty; (d) Sunday duty; and (e) Overtime. 31 Notice boards To facilitate work related communication between employees and their Union and/or employee representatives at the workplace, the employer will permit the use of notice boards. The employer retains the right to reject and remove the posting of any material which is not in relation to this Agreement or is not authorised by the Divisional or Branch Secretary or equivalent Union position.
