Overtime Meal Payment. (a) An Employee will be eligible to receive an overtime meal payment if the Employee is required to work a period of overtime which: (i) is immediately before or after a scheduled period of ordinary duty and is more than two hours in duration; or (ii) is a stand-alone period of overtime that is four hours or more in duration. (b) The overtime meal payment payable to an Employee is set out below: 62 Victorian Public Service Enterprise Agreement 2016 (c) The overtime meal payment is not payable where the Employer provides a meal.
