Overtime On Designated. Paid Holidays (a) Overtime on a designated paid holiday shall mean authorized time worked which is in excess of the employee’s regularly scheduled hours of work on a designated paid holiday, or time worked on a scheduled day off, where such day off is a designated paid holiday. (b) An employee who works authorized overtime on a designated holiday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for the overtime hours worked, except for Christmas and New Year’s when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half.
