Overtime Pay - On Call for Court. Employees who are "on call" during off-duty hours pursuant to a subpoena issued in a court proceeding to employment shall carry a beeper or leave a telephone number of their location during the period they are on call. Court standby time will be considered off-duty time for purposes of the FLSA. Effective July 1, 1987, employees on call for court shall be entitled to compensation as follows:
