Overtime Pay - On Call for Court. Affected employees shall receive two (2) hours of straight time for the period from 8 a.m. to 12 noon, and two (2) hours of straight time for the period from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. when the affected employee is placed on an "on-call" status for court on either a workday or day off, except for those employees actually working during the time the on-call subpoena is in effect.
