Overtime Premium and No. The overtime rate shall be time and one-half (1 1/21 the employee's ’s straight-time hourly rate. Overtime premium will not be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall other premiums be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall the same hours worked be counted as part of the normal work week and also as hours for which the overtime premium is paid. Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked. Time off in lieu may be taken on a mutually agreed upon basis between the employee and the Hospital, such time off will bo be the equivalent of the premium rate .rate the employes employee has earned for working overtime. The Hospital shall revert to payment of premium rate if time off is not taken within sixty (60) calendar days. Employees who report for any scheduled shift will be guaranteed at least four (4) hours of work, or if no work is available will be paid at least four (4) hours except when work is not available due to conditions beyond the control of the Hospital. The reporting allowance outlined as herein shall not apply whenever an employee has received prior notice not to report for work. Part-time employees scheduled to work less than seven and one-half (7 1/21 hours per day will receive a pro-rated amount of reporting pay. Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift, and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift, they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of work or four (4) hours pay at the rate fate of time and one-half (1 their regular hourly earnings. Employees shall be paid a shift premium of forty-five cents per hour for hours worked where the majority of their scheduled hours fall between and hours. The same forty-five per hour will be paid as weekend premium for all hours worked between hours Friday and hours Sunday, or such 48-hour period as may be agreed upon by the local parties.
