Part-time employees scheduled to work less than seven and one-half (7 1/21 hours per day will receive a pro-rated amount of reporting pay. Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift, and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift, they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of work or four (4) hours pay at the rate fate of time and one-half (1 their regular hourly earnings. Superior provisions shall remain. Stand An employee who is required to remain available for duty on standby, outside the normal working hours for that particular employee, shall receive standby pay in the amount of per hour for all hours on standby. Standby pay shall, however, cease where an employee is called into work under Article above and works during the period of standby.. -T Where an employee is assigned temporarily to perform the duties and assume the responsibilities of a higher paying position in the bargaining unit for a period in excess of one-half of a shift, he shall be paid the rate in the higher salary range immediately above his current rate from the commencement of the shift on which he was assigned the job. Where a Hospital temporarily assigns an employee to carry out the assigned responsibilities of a classification outside the bargaining unit for a period in excess of one-half (1 of one shift, the employee shall receive an allowance for each shift from the time of the assignment. Employees shall be paid a shift premium of forty-five cents per hour for hours worked where the majority of their scheduled hours fall between and hours. The same forty-five per hour will be paid as weekend premium for all hours worked between hours Friday and hours Sunday, or such 48-hour period as may be agreed upon by the local parties.
