Common use of Ownership of Proceeds of Employment Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Proceeds of Employment. The Company shall be the sole ----------------------------------- and exclusive owner throughout the universe in perpetuity of all of the results and proceeds of Executive's services, work and labor during the Term in connection with Executive's employment by the Company, free and clear of any and all claims, liens or encumbrances.
