P ayout of Vacation Earnings upon Termination of Employment. In the case of termination of employment, the Company shall pay to the employee any vacation pay owing to him/her in respect of any prior completed year of employment plus the vacation pay owing to him/her for the current year. If an employee’s vacation is in a negative balance at the date of termination they will be required to repay amounts owing.
