Pacific AmphitheatreAll events with amplified sound taking place at the Pacific Amphitheatre require sound monitoring and mitigation services determined by the District.
Pacific Amphitheatre a. The Pacific Amphitheatre is an 8,200-seat open-air outdoor venue which currently houses the concert series. b. This venue is primarily used during the annual OC Fair as a premier music venue, typically featuring a 23-day headline concert series with acts such as Xxxxx Xxxxxx Band, Rebelution, The B-52s, and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx. The District also books up to ten shows that may proceed or follow the Fair. c. During the annual OC Fair, the venue generally operates from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. d. Year-round events may include the Pacific Symphony summer concert series, Easter Sunday services, commencement ceremonies, music festivals and expanded District promoted concerts throughout the year.
Pacific Amphitheatre. The Pacific Amphitheatre is an 8,200-seat concert venue. The venue will require a detailed venue clean-up prior to and after each event. The venue is only open to patrons during the event, and there will be nightly concerts throughout the OC Fair. Contractor is responsible for pressure washing Pacific Amphitheatre every Monday during Fair Time. Contractor will perform a detailed cleaning of Pacific Amphitheatre in preparation of Fair opening and again post-Fair. A list of 2018 Fair Time Pacific Amphitheatre events has been provided to give potential Contractors an understanding of the scope of work (see Attachment C).
Pacific Amphitheatre. During interim events, the venue will require a detailed clean-up prior to each and after each event. The venue is only open to patrons during the event. Contractor may be requested to pressure wash the Pacific Amphitheatre in support of Interim Events. There are typically less than five (5) interim events held in the Pacific Amphitheatre each year. A few are reflected on the list of 2013 Interim Events, which has been provided to give potential Contractors an understanding of the scope of work (see Attachment A).

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • NO HARDSTOP/PASSIVE LICENSE MONITORING Unless an Authorized User is otherwise specifically advised to the contrary in writing at the time of order and prior to purchase, Contractor hereby warrants and represents that the Product and all Upgrades do not and will not contain any computer code that would disable the Product or Upgrades or impair in any way its operation based on the elapsing of a period of time, exceeding an authorized number of copies, advancement to a particular date or other numeral, or other similar self-destruct mechanisms (sometimes referred to as “time bombs,” “time locks,” or “drop dead” devices) or that would permit Contractor to access the Product to cause such disablement or impairment (sometimes referred to as a “trap door” device). Contractor agrees that in the event of a breach or alleged breach of this provision that Authorized User shall not have an adequate remedy at law, including monetary damages, and that Authorized User shall consequently be entitled to seek a temporary restraining order, injunction, or other form of equitable relief against the continuance of such breach, in addition to any and all remedies to which Authorized User shall be entitled.

  • University Any notice may be served upon the University by delivering it, in writing, to the University at the address set forth on the last page of this Agreement, by depositing it in a United States Postal Service deposit box with the postage fully prepaid and with the notice addressed to the University at the aforementioned address, or by sending a facsimile of it to the University facsimile number set forth on the last page of this Agreement.

  • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.
