Events and Activities. Should VABC request, a Tocagen representative will participate in at least one VABC presentation annually during the Grant Period (e.g. annual meeting, scientific workshop, etc), which individual shall be designated by Tocagen and reasonably acceptable to VABC.

Events and Activities. The Town and LLT shall work cooperatively on expanding and enhancing the products and service options of the Facilities by offering new and appropriate activities. The Town supports LLT's addition of special events, festivals, activities, tours, and educational programs, and the Town will work with LLT and other Town and LLT partners in facilitating these events. LLT and the Town shall solicit cooperatively "new business" and "new users" for the beach, with the intent to drive additional patronage of the beach in enhancement of local tourism.

(c) The Friends shall retain the revenues generated from the Events and Activities in accordance with the revenue sharing arrangement set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.

We also recognize that it is our individual responsibility to make sure that organizations have our contact information and that we are receiving notifications from them. Child(ren) as Messengers. We agree to not use the child(ren) as messengers between the parents to give or get information, ask questions, or request schedule changes. We will communicate about the child(ren) as set out above. We will not question the child(ren) about the other parent. If we hear anything from the child(ren) that raises a concern about the other parent or that parent’s household, we will not assume it is accurate but will contact the other parent to discuss the issue and decide jointly how to handle the situation if it needs addressing.

Events and Activities. If you take part in any events, functions and/or activities (“Activity”) operate, run in or through the Application, such as games, competitions or lucky draws, you agree to be bound by the rules of the Activity and any other rules specified by us from time to time (“Activity Rules”) and by the decisions of Sino Real Estate, which are final and binding in all respects relating to the Activity. Sino Real Estate reserves the right to disqualify any entrant, participant and/or winner in its absolute discretion without notice in accordance with the Activity Rules.
