PACKAGE CAR EIGHT (8) HOUR REQUEST. The intent of this language is to ensure that the package car drivers will be released from duty in eight (8) hours. In the event that a driver believes he/she they cannot return back to the building within eight (8) hours, the driver must call the center at least three (3) hours prior to their planned eight (8) hour day so that the management team will be given enough lead time to adjust the dispatch and insure that the driver has an opportunity to return back to the building within the requested eight (8) hours. In centers where eight (8) hour request are not being honored, the Company Labor Manager and Union will meet with the management team to resolve the issues. SECTION 5. NO CHANGES SECTION 6.   • DRUG/ALCOHOL TESTING 11.1 The parties agree that the maintenance of a drug/alcohol free work place is a goal of both the College and the Union. Employees are prohibited from possession, consumption and/or being under the influence of a controlled substance/alcohol while on the College’s premises or during time paid by the employer. Violations of this prohibition may result in a disciplinary action up to and including termination.

  • Drug Test The compulsory production and submission of urine and/or blood, in accordance with departmental procedures, by an employee for chemical analysis to detect prohibited drug usage.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.

  • Voice Grade Unbundled Copper Sub-Loop Unbundled Sub-Loop Distribution – Intrabuilding Network Cable (aka riser cable)

  • Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. The Quality Control Program shall be organized to address, as a minimum, the following items:

  • EODUF Packing Specifications 7.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.

  • Drug Testing (A) The state and the PBA agree to drug testing of employees in accordance with section 112.0455, F.S., the Drug-Free Workplace Act.

  • ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.
