Packaging & Delivery. 5.1. The Supplier will package and transport the Supplies in an appropriate manner.
5.2. The Supplies will be delivered to the Delivery Address (for goods) or provided at the specified site (for services) on the required date. If no date is specified or agreed in writing then Supplies must be delivered with all reasonable speed and so as to cause the least possible disruption to the Purchase. Lakes District may reject delayed deliveries.
5.3. A delivery note stating the Purchase Order number(s) and itemising each item purchased (including quantity) will be provided with the Supplies..
5.4. A Purchaser may on 24 hours’ notice postpone any delivery and the Supplier will reschedule the postponed delivery as requested.
5.5. Partial deliveries of Supplies may only be made with the Purchaser's prior written consent.
5.6. The Supplier will ensure that each item supplied is labelled with the following information:
(a) Manufacturer’s name, product reference/supplier part number, unique lot/batch number and manufacturing date (if applicable) and expiry date;
(b) Sterile Supplies will be in a peel back container and sterile Supplies, packs and sets will note the method of sterilisation;
(c) Packs and sets will list all components.
Packaging & Delivery. 4.1. The Products shall be packed and delivered by the Contractor. The Contractor is entitled to use a vicarious agent for packaging and delivery.
4.2. The Contractor’s price offer includes an indicative amount regarding delivery costs which may differ from the actual delivery costs. The precise costs of delivery will be described after manufacturing, and it depends on weight and volume of the Products and the current tariff of the shipping companies.
4.3. Domestic delivery is free of charges in case of orders above 150,000 HUF (excluding taxes). Delivery fee for domestic delivery in case of orders 150,000 HUF or less (excluding taxes) is 1,500 HUF.
4.4. In case of an order above 3,000 EUR (excluding taxes) delivery is free of charge to the following countries: Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.
Packaging & Delivery. The ORCHID OEM Kits delivered hereunder shall be ------------------- packaged as set forth in Schedule 4.1(c), with the names and logos of both Parties prominently displayed on each package. ORCHID shall pack such items in standard shipping containers in the manner requested by AFFYMETRIX. ORCHID shall assist AFFYMETRIX in obtaining any desired insurance (in amounts that AFFYMETRIX shall determine) and transportation, via air freight unless otherwise specified in writing, to any destinations specified in writing from time to time by AFFYMETRIX. Packaging & Delivery. Each Product will be packaged to (i) comply with the requirements of the carrier, (ii) comply with Client’s Specifications and (c) comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Delivery is FOB Minnetronix manufacturing facility. Client assumes and agrees to bear all risk of damage or loss to the Products after shipment from Minnetronix’s facility (the FOB point). Costs for packaging not included in the BOM or Specifications are not included in the Price.

The SELLER agrees to use all reasonable efforts to meet the quoted delivery schedule dates and further agrees to advise the BUYER immediately upon all delays to the delivery schedule. Packaging & Delivery. In order to keep the quality of Medicinal Cannabis Materials and the integrity of individual containers, BOPHELO uses suitable primary and transport packaging systems. Primary packaging materials are agreed between Cantourage and BOPHELO and defined in Appendix (4).
