PAE Unit Sick Leave Sharing. The parties agree to sick leave sharing between PAE members within the PAE unit and sharing between employees outside the bargaining unit as permitted by state law. The parties agree to permit leave sharing between employees in different bargaining units. The Association and District agree that Association members may donate leave to employees in other bargaining units and may receive donated leave from employees in other bargaining units when allowed by any other applicable collective bargaining agreement.
