Paid Administrative Leave. For reasons related to (a) the safety of persons or property, (b) the prevention of the disruptions of programs and/or operations, or (c) investigation for formal notice of disciplinary action, the President may temporarily reassign an employee to a location or duty assignment if the location or duty assignment falls within the employee’s classification or place the employee on administrative leave with pay.
