PAID FOR TIME. The employee will be paid his/her regular straight time hourly rate of pay in the following manner: 1. For all time at the collection site. 2. a) If the collection site is reasonably en route between the employee's home and the work-site, and the employee is going to or from work, pay for travel time one way between the work-site and the collection site or the collection site to the work-site; or
