Paid Statutory Holiday. If a Paid Holiday, as set out in this Agreement, occurs during an Employee’s annual vacation, such Employee shall: (a) be paid for the holiday, in accordance with the provisions of section 9.02 of this Agreement, or (b) be provided another day off with pay in lieu of such holiday.
