Paid Time Off Programs. BHLB will give each Current Legacy Employee credit, for purposes of BHLB’s vacation and/or other paid leave benefit programs, for such Current Legacy Employees’ accrued and unpaid vacation and/or paid leave balance with Legacy as of the Closing Date.
Paid Time Off Programs. AFC will give each Current BSFI Employee credit, for purposes of AFC’s vacation and/or other paid leave benefit programs, for such Current BSFI Employees’ accrued and unpaid vacation and/or paid leave balance with BSFI as of the Closing Date.
Paid Time Off Programs. BHLB will give each Continuing Beacon Federal Employee credit, for purposes of BHLB’s vacation and/or other paid leave benefit programs, for such individual’s accrued and unpaid vacation and/or paid leave balance with Beacon Federal as of the Closing Date.

Paid Time Off Programs. Section 1601: Eligibility Sharp HealthCare offers Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Sick Insurance (ESI) benefits to persons employed throughout the Sharp HealthCare System. All full‐time and part‐time Bargaining Unit Registered Nurses shall be eligible to participate in the PTO and ESI benefit programs under the same conditions as non‐Bargaining Unit personnel. The Employer shall have the right to unilaterally modify or eliminate its PTO and ESI benefit programs, provided that the Employer shall not alter or modify such plans if any such action would create different benefits for other persons employed in the Sharp HealthCare system on the one hand, and Bargaining Unit Registered Nurses on the other hand. Section 1602: Floating Holiday All full‐time and part‐time Registered Nurses with twenty (20) or more years service credit with the Employer shall be eligible to accrue an additional eight (8) hours of PTO.
Paid Time Off Programs. Pxxxx Bankshares will give each Continuing Town Square Financial Employee credit, for purposes of Pxxxx Bankshares’ vacation and/or other paid leave benefit programs, for such individual’s accrued and unpaid vacation and/or paid leave balance with Town Square Financial as of the Closing Date.

BHLB will give Continuing Commerce Employees credit, for purposes of BHLB’s vacation and/or other paid leave benefit programs, for such individuals accrued and unpaid vacation and/or paid leave balance with Commerce as of the Closing Date. Continuing Commerce Employees may continue to be covered by paid time off programs maintained by Commerce prior to the Closing Date.

BHLB will give Continuing FCB Employees credit, for purposes of BHLB’s vacation and/or other paid leave benefit programs, for such individuals accrued and unpaid vacation and/or paid leave balance with FCB as of the Closing Date. Continuing FCLS Employees may continue to be covered by paid time off programs maintained by FCLS prior to the Closing Date.
Paid Time Off Programs. XXX will give each Current Riverside Employee credit, for purposes of SAL’s vacation and/or other paid leave benefit programs, for such Current Riverside Employees’ accrued and unpaid vacation and/or paid leave balance with Riverside as of the Closing Date.
