Painter. a) Spray painting or painting in unventilated areas: An employer shall provide free of charge to an employee who performs painting work with a spray gun or painting work in an unventilated area the personal protection equipment required as specified on the data information sheet for the product used. In addition, the employer shall supply, as needed, clean overalls and gloves to an em- ployee who performs painting work with a spray gun.
