Painting and Papering. The Designer is responsible for painting and papering his/her room. All paint and wallpaper applied or hung by the Designer must remain, free of charge, in the room after the Showhouse, except where the Builder/House Captain requests that the room be restored to (Paint Color TBD), or specific paint provided by the Builder/House Captain. If the Builder/House Captain requests that the Designer return the room to (Paint Color TBD), or specific paint provided by the Builder/House Captain, this restoration will be performed at no charge to IDS or the Builder/House Captain. Designer shall not paint over wallpaper and shall wash walls properly to remove all glue.
