PALM BEACH COUNTY INSPECTOR GENERAL. 28.1 In accordance with Palm Beach County ordinance number 2011-009, the CONTRACTOR acknowledges that this Agreement may be subject to investigation and/or audit by the Palm Beach County Inspector General. The CONTRACTOR has reviewed Palm Beach County ordinance number 2011-009 and is aware of its rights and/or obligations under such ordinance.

PALM BEACH COUNTY INSPECTOR GENERAL. In accordance with Palm Beach County ordinance number 2011-009 as codified in 2-421 through 2-440 of the County’s Code, the CONSULTANT acknowledges that this Contract may be subject to investigation and/or audit by the Palm Beach County Inspector General. The CONSULTANT has reviewed the ordinance and is aware of its rights and/or obligations under such ordinance. This Contract is subject to any and all applicable conflict of interest provisions found in the CITY/CRA procurement ordinance, Chapter 16.5, the Palm Beach County Code of Ethics and Ch. 112, Part III, Florida Statutes. During the term of this Contract and any renewals or extensions thereof, the Independent Consultant shall continue to disclose to the CITY/CRA any possible conflicts of interests. The CONSULTANT’s duty to disclose is of a continuing nature and any conflict of interest shall be immediately brought to the attention of the CITY/CRA.

PALM BEACH COUNTY INSPECTOR GENERAL. 25.1 Palm Beach County has established the Office of Inspector General in Palm Beach County Code, Sections 2-421 - 2-440, as may be amended. The Inspector General’s authority includes, but is not limited to, the power to review past, present and proposed TOWN contracts, transactions, accounts and records, to require the production of records, and to audit, investigate, monitor, and inspect the activities of the TOWN and its agents in order to ensure compliance with contract requirements and detect corruption and fraud. Failure to cooperate with the Inspector General or interfering with or impeding any investigation shall be a breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of this Agreement or other sanctions or penalties as set forth in the Palm Beach County Code.

  • Inspector General The Grantee understands its duty, pursuant to Section 20.055(5), F.S., to cooperate with the inspector general in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing. The Grantee will comply with this duty and ensure that its sub-grantees and/or subcontractors issued under this Agreement, if any, impose this requirement, in writing, on its sub-grantees and/or subcontractors, respectively.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Cooperation with Inspector General Grantee understands its duty, pursuant to Section 20.055(5), Fla. Stat., to cooperate with Florida Housing’s Inspector General in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing. Grantee will comply with this duty and ensure that any contracts issued under this Agreement impose this requirement, in writing, on its subcontractors.

  • The City of Milwaukee, by its Milwaukee Board of School Directors, shall pay the Contractor for the full and complete performance of the work, the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($365,500.00) as provided in the General Conditions of the Contract.

  • Personal Protective Clothing 11.1 On commencement of employment with the Employer each employee will be issued with the following; • Two pairs of overalls or agreed alternative such as two shirts and two pairs of pants or jeans. • One pair of approved safety boots to the value of $75.00 increasing to a value of $80.00 from 1 July 2006, increasing to a value of $85.00 from 1 July 2009. • One bluey jacket or agreed equivalent (May to October). Nylon jackets and those with metal zips shall not be acceptable. • Any other safety equipment deemed necessary for the safe conduct of work.
