Production of Records. XXXX may require the Subscriber or the Subscriber’s client to provide XXXX with copies of records that relate to the client’s claim including a copy of the Subscriber’s client file relating to the Conveyancing Transaction. XXXX may make copies of those records and retrieve any that are stored electronically. XXXX may also require the Subscriber’s client, officers or personnel to answer questions under oath.
Production of Records. Each Employer shall promptly furnish to the Trustees, upon reasonable demand, with access to the documents that are necessary to determine whether the Employer is in compliance with all its obligations under this Agreement and any rules of the Fund as well as any Participation Agreement, Collective Bargaining Agreement or other Agreement relating to the participation in the Fund. The records the Employer shall provide include, without limitation, payroll records (including names and last known addresses of its Employees, their Social Security numbers, the hours worked by each Employee and past industry employment history in its files), information relating to vendors (including vendor invoices and the Employer’s cash disbursement journal) and such other information as the Trustees may reasonably require in connection with the administration of the Trust. The Trustees may, by their representatives, examine the pertinent records of each Employer at the Employer's place of business whenever such examination is deemed necessary or advisable by the Trustees in connection with the proper administration of the Trust. All Employers shall annually furnish to the Trustees, if requested by them, a statement showing whether:
(a) the organization is a corporation and the names of all of its officers;
(b) if not a corporation, a certificate stating that it is either a partnership or an individual proprietorship and the names of the partners or the name of the individual proprietor. The Union will comply with any reasonable request of the Trustees to examine those records of the Union which may indicate the employment record of any Employee whose status is in dispute.
Production of Records. BIONICHE shall prepare, maintain, and submit all documents or reports required under applicable laws and regulations or as reasonably requested by CUMBERLAND concerning the Manufacture of the Drug Products, including without limitation, batch production records for each Drug Product. Notwithstanding the restrictions set forth in this Agreement, BIONICHE shall retain production records for batches of Drug Product for a period of at least one year after the respective expiration date for each batch. These records will be stored by appropriate means, including without limitation, optical disk or microfilm in a secure manner in compliance with current GMP with duplicate copies submitted to CUMBERLAND promptly after the creation thereof and shall be made available on request of the FDA or any other authorized regulatory body.

PEXA may require the Subscriber or the Subscriber’s client to provide XXXX with copies of records that relate to the client’s claim including a copy of the Subscriber’s client file relating to the Conveyancing Transaction. PEXA may make copies of those records and retrieve any that are stored electronically. PEXA may also require the Subscriber’s client, officers or personnel to answer questions under oath.
Production of Records. Licensee shall provide such records within thirty (30) business days of a request by the Licensor for production of the same, unless additional time is reasonably needed by Licensee, in which case, Licensee shall have such reasonable time as needed for the production of the same. If any person other than Licensee maintains records on Licensee’s behalf, Licensee shall be responsible for making such records available to the Licensor for auditing purposes pursuant to this Section.
Production of Records. Company shall provide records within twenty (20) business days after a request by the City for production of the same unless the City agrees to additional time. Company shall not unreasonably deny the City (or its designated representative) access to records covered by this Agreement, including confidential and proprietary information. Such records shall be made available in the City. Failure to provide records in a timely manner shall subject Company to liquidated damages under Section 11. If any person other than Company maintains records on Company's behalf, Company shall be responsible for making such records available to the City (or its designated representative) for auditing purposes pursuant to this Section.
Production of Records is incorporated herein. The Trustees may at any time examine and copy books, records, papers, or reports of the Employer concerning its work and all of its employees (regardless of whether they are members of the Union and regardless of their position with the Employer), including, but not limited to, payroll records, certified payroll records filed on public projects, time sheets, individual earning records, W-2s, W-3s, NYS-45s, 940s, 941s, XXX-2s, 1099s, general ledgers, cash disbursements journal, cancelled checks, hours reports, the documents and job cost records required to be kept by an Employer in accordance with New York Lien Law Section 75, documents showing the names and social security numbers of all employees (union and non0union employees), their job titles, job duties, job descriptions, rates of pay, job locations, hours worked, wages paid and nature of their work, documents showing the amount of money remitted by the Employer to the Funds, documents showing the names and addresses of the property owners or general contractors that hired te Employer, and such other records as the Trustees deem necessary to permit them to determine whether the Emploer is making full and proper reports and payments to the funds. Such examination will occur whenever such examination is deemed necessary or advisable by the Trustees and, except as indicated hereinafter, at no charge to the Employer. If the Trustees determine, in their sole discretion, that the Employer has, among other things, failed to cooperate with the Funds and/or the Funds' Auditor, that the Employer failed to report to the Funds the identity of all employees performing bargaining unit work, that the Employer underreported to the Funds the number of hours worked by employees, and/or that the Employer's conduct required Funds' Counsel to perform services, then the Employer will reimburse the Funds for all auditing charges for examining the Employer's books.

Production of Records. Coalhunter shall make available at all reasonable times at the said office all or any of the said books, records, accounts, reports, maps, plans and other documents required to be kept under section 12.1(a) and section 12.1(b) as may be required by any person appointed or authorized by the Peace River Partnership to examine or inspect the same and the Peace River Partnership may make or cause to be made and taken by it or on its behalf copies of or extracts from any such books, records, accounts, reports, maps, plans and other documents.
Production of Records. During the Term and for three (3) years after the end of the Term or earlier termination of this Agreement, the Institution shall produce on demand to any representatives of the Minister any files, documents, records and books of account, as may be requested by the Minister from time to time, in the form and manner and in accordance with the timelines determined by the Minister.
