Pandemic Health and Safety. The City will follow guidelines as set by the CDC and local Public Health entities with regard to any pandemic or disease outbreak. 14.7 Bulletin Boards - The City, upon written request from the Council relative to a specific City department which employs individuals covered by this Agreement, shall provide bulletin board space for the use of the Council or its affiliates in an area accessible to employees covered by this Agreement; provided however, said space shall not be used for notices which are controversial or political in nature. All material posted by the Council or its affiliates shall be officially identified as such.
