Common use of Parental Leave following Pregnancy Leave Clause in Contracts

Parental Leave following Pregnancy Leave. For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 and the employee’s newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirty-five (35) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.07.

Parental Leave following Pregnancy Leave. For The parental leave of an employee Employee who has taken a pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 and the employee’s whose newborn child or children arrive in the employeeEmployee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and leave, without the employee Employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirty-five (35) weeks after the parental leave began, began as determined by the employeeEmployee, subject to the Employee giving four (4) weeks notice requirements set out in Article 23.07of the date upon which the leave will end.

For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 23.12 and the employee’s newborn new born child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirty-five (35) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0723.12.

For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 21.06 and the employee’s newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirty-five (35) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0721.06.

For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 22.08 and the employee’s newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirty-five (35) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0722.07.

For The parental leave of an employee who has taken a pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 and the employee’s whose newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s 's home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and leave, without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirty-five (35) weeks after the parental leave began, began as determined by the employee, subject to the employee giving four (4) weeks' notice requirements set out in Article 23.07of the date upon which the leave will end.

For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 and the employee’s newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirtysixty-five two (3562) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.07.

For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 18.06 and the employee’s newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirty-five (35) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0718.06 (g) and (h).

For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 20.07 and the employee’s newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirtysixty-five one (3561) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0720.07.

For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 23.12 and the employee’s newborn new born child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirtysixty-five one (3561) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0723.12.

Parental Leave following Pregnancy Leave. For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 16.05 and the employee’s newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirty-five (35) sixty-two (62) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0716.

Parental Leave following Pregnancy Leave. For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 21.07 and the employee’s newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirtysixty-five one (3561) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0721.06.

For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 18.06 and the employee’s newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirtysixty-five one (3561) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0718.06 (g) and (h).

For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 16.05 and the employee’s employees newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s employees home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirty-five (35) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0716.05.

For an employee Employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 28.8 and the employeeEmployee’s newborn child or children arrive in the employeeEmployee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leaveleave: (i1) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee Employee returning to work; and (ii2) shall end not later than thirtysixty-five one (3561) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employeeEmployee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0724.8.

Parental Leave following Pregnancy Leave. For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 20.07 and the employee’s newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirty-five seventeen (3517) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0720.07.

Parental Leave following Pregnancy Leave. For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 21.07 and the employee’s newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirty-five (35) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0721.07.

Parental Leave following Pregnancy Leave. For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 40.01 and the employee’s newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) 1. shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) 2. shall end not later than thirty-five (35) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0740.01.

Parental Leave following Pregnancy Leave. For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 20.07 and the employee’s =s newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s =s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental Leave: (i) shall begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end not later than thirty-five (35) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0720.07.

Parental Leave following Pregnancy Leave. For an employee who has taken pregnancy leave pursuant to Article 23.07 19.06 and the employee’s newborn child or children arrive in the employee’s home during the pregnancy leave, Parental LeaveLeave shall: (i) shall begin Begin immediately upon completion of the pregnancy leave and without the employee returning to work; and (ii) shall end End not later than thirtysixty-five one (3561) weeks after the parental leave began, as determined by the employee, subject to the notice requirements set out in Article 23.0719.06.
