Parent(s) Liability. Parent(s) understand that their obligation to pay all fees, including tuition is unconditional and that no portion of the fees paid or outstanding will be refunded in the event of absence, withdrawal or dismissal form ABC Preschool and Daycare. Parent(s) must provide a 30 (thirty) day written notice to withdraw their child from the program or to reduce the child’s scheduled days of enrollment. If the notice is less then 30 (thirty) days, parents are obligated to pay the full month of tuition.
Parent(s) Liability. The Parents will remain joint and severally liable to make all payments due from time to time under the Parent Contract save to the extent that the relevant obligation has been discharged, either pursuant to this FIA Agreement or otherwise.

Parent(s) Liability. (i) In no event will the Parent’s Liability under this Agreement (whether under this Article 8 or otherwise) exceed $5,000,000, net of any valid claims that the Parent may have under other provisions of this Agreement or by law. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Purchaser Indemnitees will not be entitled to assert any claims for indemnification under this Article 8 unless and until the aggregate Damages are in excess of $100,000 (the “Deductible”) and, in such event, only for amounts in excess of the Deductible.
Parent(s) Liability. Initial Parent(s) understand that their obligation to pay the requisite fees is unconditional and that no portion of the fees paid or outstanding will be refunded in the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal from Paatham. Parent(s) must provide a written thirty (30) day prior notice to withdraw their child from the program. If the notice is less than thirty (30) days, parents are obligated to pay the full month’s tuition.
