Parking Deck Construction. The City agrees that, with regard to reviews related to the construction of parking on one or more of the Associated Parking Properties, the City/County Planning Department will expedite such review process for those items that require only internal administrative review.

Parking Deck Construction. The Town has agreed to employ Xxxxx to oversee, manage, and coordinate the construction of the Parking Deck. Pursuant to the EDA, the Town has agreed to pay Xxxxx the amount of four percent (4%) of the hard and soft costs for overall construction of the Parking Deck. Upon final approval by the Town of the Parking Deck Plans, Xxxxx shall commence construction of the Parking Deck and shall make all reasonable efforts to Substantially Complete such construction in accordance with the Development Schedule. During the construction period the Town shall, and shall cause the Design Team, its architects, engineers, quality control and testing consultants, Contractor, contractors and subcontractors to cooperate fully with Xxxxx to coordinate the construction of the Parking Deck to ensure that the Parking Deck shall be constructed in substantial compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations and that all construction shall be of good quality and shall be made in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Xxxxx agrees to supervise the construction of the Parking Deck using its best skill and attention. In connection therewith, Xxxxx shall:

Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Developer shall deliver to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO “as- built” drawings, information and documents for the DAF, such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Large Generating Facility and the DAF, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the DAF, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Developer’s step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Large Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the DAF, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Large Generating Facility. The Developer shall provide to, and coordinate with, Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO with respect to proposed specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Large Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable.

  • ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the Act.

  • Agreement Construction Headings or captions to the provisions of this Agreement are solely for the convenience of the parties, are not part of this Agreement, and shall not be used to interpret or determine the validity of this Agreement. Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner with Interconnection Customer’s specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable.
