Parking Space Fee. The Monthly Parking Space Fee is <<micLeaseAmt_[garage]>>. Payment instructions (including forms of payment accepted, to whom payments are to be made, and the address where payments are to be made), are specified in the Lease.
Parking Space Fee. For every parking space that Tenant uses pursuant to this Agreement, Tenant shall pay a charge of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per month commencing on the Commencement Date. The charge for any space used for a fraction of any month shall be prorated. Such charges shall be payable monthly in arrears without notice or demand by the tenth (10th) day of the following month, and payment shall be subject to the terms stated in Exhibit C. If requested by City, Tenant shall submit with each payment a statement listing the number of parking spaces used during the month, and for any spaces used for a fraction of the month, providing the dates when such spaces were used.
Parking Space Fee. (a) During the Lease Term, the Lessor shall provide 5 free parking space to the Lessee. The lessee may use the parking space as needed after providing a written application to the Lessor or the Management Company, and the number of parking space may be adjusted according to the written confirmation of both Parties.
