Part B of Project. 1. By 2008: (a) all level Health Structures are subject to supervision at least every alternate month by the respective Prefectoral-level; (b) all Prefectoral-level Health Structures are subject to supervision at least every quarter by the respective Regional-level; and (c) all Regional-level Health Structures are subject to supervision at least every semester by the central-level. 2. An annual review of implementation of the Five-Year Plan has been carried out jointly by the Borrower and the Association each year from and including 2007. 3. The percentage of the national health budget allocated for Health Centers reaching such centers has increased from 30 in 2002 to 70 in 2010, as evidenced by the results of the health expenditure tracking survey of the MOPH carried out under Part B.6 of the Project. 4. The number of contracts concluded between the MOPH and the private sector for purposes of health service delivery by midwives and for purposes of training of health personnel has increased from nil per annum in 2005 to 50 per annum in 2010. 5. At least 90% of the contracts referred to in the preceding paragraph have been executed by 2011. 6. At least 18 incinerators have been purchased and installed in the territory of the Borrower between the Effective Date and 2011. 7. At least 844 medical personnel have been trained in medical waste management by 2011.

  • DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT For the Company to be eligible to earn the Maximum Credit Amount, the Company will satisfy its obligations as reflected in the following representations, which the IEDC has relied upon: A. The Company will complete the Project at the Project Location. B. The Company represents that the number of permanent, Full-Time Employees (as defined in Indiana Code § 6–3.1–13–4) from whom Indiana state income tax withholdings are retained by the State of Indiana, employed as of the Commencement Date at the Project Location, is the Base Employment Number. C. The Project will result in the creation of New Employees (as defined in Indiana Code § 6- 3.1-13-6) at the Project Location of at least the Additional Jobs Commitment. D. The average of the hourly wages, before benefits, paid to New Employees at the Project Location, will at least equal the Average Wage Commitment. E. At the discretion of the IEDC, New Employees that are paid an average wage of less than the Minimum Wage Commitment may be excluded for the purpose of calculating the credit amount. F. The Project is anticipated to involve at least the Capital Investment Amount.

  • Completion of Project This Grant Agreement shall terminate upon completion of the project and payment of the last invoice.

  • Maintenance of Properties (a) Maintain, preserve and protect all of its material properties and equipment necessary in the operation of its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted; (b) make all necessary repairs thereto and renewals and replacements thereof except where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (c) use the standard of care typical in the industry in the operation and maintenance of its facilities.

  • Maintenance of Properties, Etc Maintain and preserve, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain and preserve, all of its properties that are used or useful in the conduct of its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

  • PARTICULARS OF PROPERTY Strata Title of the property has been issued by the relevant authority. 97, Storey No. 3A Encumbrance : Assigned to Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad The subject property is located within Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur. The property is a service apartment and bearing postal address is Unit No. X-00-00, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xx. 000, Xxxxx Xxx Xxxxx, 00000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx. The property will be sold on an “as is where is” basis and subject to a reserve price of RM1,170,000.00 (RINGGIT MALAYSIA ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND ONLY), and the Conditions of Sale by way of an Assignment/Transfer from the above Assignee/Bank or Developer and subject to the consent being obtained by the Purchaser from the relevant authorities, if any, including all term, conditions, stipulations and covenants which were and may be imposed by the relevant authorities. The successful bidder (“the Purchaser”) shall be liable to pay any arrears of taxes, utilities charges (telephone bills, electricity bills, water bills (for landed property) and sewerage charges) which may be due in respect of the said property together with the payment of administrative cost and legal fees in respect of the Assignment/Transfer and/or the consent from the Developer of the said property.
